Recently I had a lovely phone conversation with a client who had fallen in love with Carter's work some 20 years ago. She has a vision of the perfect dress in her mind and I have had the honor of starting the process with her of working towards that final product. We started speaking about the event that the dress would be worn for. Then colors, material, shapes, mosaics, and dye patterns. This process has reminded me that the combinations are endless.
We, at any time, have many varieties of breathtaking dresses completed on site. Carter is so interested in the happiness of his customers that he is more than happy to craft a project that is completely custom from start to finish. I have never seen someone able to look at a woman, take into consideration all of he physical attributes (such as skin tone, hair color, eye color and body type) and pick the perfect piece to flatter her. Carter considers a piece to be a perfect piece for a client, when it brings out the beauty in the woman wearing it.
